Dr. Gautam sees patients twice a week at the Avis Hospitals, Jubliee Hills, Hyderabad. Consultation is by appointment only. It is advisable to make travel plans only after receiving a confirmed appointment.

You can share the following information via email: 1) Name and age 2) City/state 3) Describe your exact problem 4) Since when did you notice the problem? Is it since birth? 5) Any check-up or surgery done in the past ? If yes, attach medical records 6) Recent face photos clicked in good light, looking straight into the camera.

You will get a response to your email within 1-2 working days (Excluding Sunday and Holidays). After your query and photos are received, you will receive basic information about your problem, and also possible appointment dates. Once you confirm a date, an appointment will be booked and its number will be shared with you.
